. The ideal candidate will manage project execution, coordinate with all site teams, and ensure timely and quality completion of fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all site activities related to joinery & fit-out works.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams.
Monitor project timelines and site progress.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project specs.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients on-site.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of UAE experience
in joinery & interior fit-out.
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil, Architecture, or related field.
Excellent knowledge of materials, methods, and site coordination.
Proficient in reading technical drawings and BOQs.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
UAE driving license preferred.
