To oversee and manage all on-site activities related to interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with design specifications and quality standards. The Project Engineer will serve as a key link between design, procurement, site, and client teams to ensure smooth project execution from start to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise day-to-day site operations for fit-out projects.
Plan, organize, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.
Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and subcontractor teams to ensure material and manpower availability.
Ensure all site works are executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets required standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
Assist the Project Manager in project planning, cost estimation, and resource allocation.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for technical approvals, site coordination, and inspections.
Resolve site-related issues, technical conflicts, and ensure minimal disruption to project timelines.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, health and safety procedures, and client requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in fit-out project execution within the UAE.
Strong background in handling commercial, retail, and residential fit-out projects.
In-depth knowledge of fit-out materials, methods, and industry standards.
Hands-on experience in coordinating with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
