to support the successful execution of interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The role involves site coordination, technical support, quality control, and close collaboration with the Project Manager to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of fit-out projects.
Coordinate daily site activities, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Prepare and follow up on RFIs, material submittals, and method statements.
Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with project requirements.
Ensure works comply with UAE local authority regulations and HSE standards.
Coordinate MEP and architectural fit-out activities.
Track material deliveries and manpower deployment.
Attend site meetings and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Assist in snagging, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Support variation orders and as-built documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field.
3-5 years of UAE experience
in interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of fit-out works: partitions, ceilings, joinery, flooring, finishes, and MEP coordination.
Ability to read and interpret construction and shop drawings.
Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
Good understanding of UAE construction standards and site practices.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
