Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Project Engineer (Civil/Fit Out)

with strong experience in

acoustic partitions, gypsum partitions, and interior fit-out works

. The ideal candidate will manage projects from planning to handover, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, and effective coordination with all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee interior fit-out projects, focusing on

acoustic and gypsum partition works

. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to meet project goals. Prepare and review

project schedules, budgets, progress reports

, and all related technical documentation. Monitor site activities and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays. Ensure adherence to

safety, quality, and regulatory standards

. Supervise daily site operations, including labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment. Work with procurement and logistics teams to ensure

timely material delivery

. Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance during execution. Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and reports. Support cost control and budget management throughout all project phases.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum

2+ years of experience

in interior fit-out projects, specifically acoustic and gypsum partition works. Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and installation techniques.

Valid UAE Driving License

(mandatory). Proven experience in project coordination and site supervision. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in

MS Office

and project management tools.
