Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Project Engineer (Civil/Fit Out)

with proven expertise in

acoustic partitions, gypsum partitions, and interior fit-out works

. The role involves managing projects throughout their full lifecycle--planning, design, execution, and handover--while ensuring

quality, safety, cost control, and on-time delivery

.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee

interior fit-out projects

, with a focus on acoustic and gypsum partition works. Coordinate with

architects, consultants, contractors, and clients

to meet project objectives. Prepare and review

project schedules, budgets, progress reports, and technical documentation

. Monitor site activities and implement corrective measures to prevent delays. Ensure strict compliance with

safety, quality, and regulatory standards

. Supervise day-to-day

site operations

, including labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment. Work closely with

procurement and logistics teams

to secure timely material delivery. Conduct site inspections and provide

technical support

during execution. Maintain strong

client and stakeholder communication

, delivering regular updates and reports. Assist in

budget management and cost control

throughout the project.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

. Minimum

2+ years of experience

in fit-out projects, with hands-on expertise in

acoustic and gypsum partitions

. Strong knowledge of

interior fit-out processes, materials, and installation techniques

. Valid

UAE Driving License

(mandatory). Demonstrated ability in

project coordination and site supervision

. Excellent

communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

. Proficiency in

MS Office and project management tools

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
