. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle--from planning and design to execution and completion--while ensuring quality, safety, budget control, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee interior fit-out projects, particularly acoustic and gypsum partition works.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure project requirements are achieved.
Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, reports, and technical documentation.
Monitor site progress and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Supervise site operations including labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
Collaborate with procurement/logistics teams to ensure timely material delivery.
Conduct inspections and provide technical support during execution.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports.
Assist in managing project budgets and controlling costs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum
2+ years of experience in fit-out projects with hands-on expertise in acoustic and gypsum partitions.
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and installation techniques.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Proven ability in project coordination and site supervision.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
