Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise fit-out site activities to ensure timely completion.
Review drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Monitor site progress, quality, and safety in line with company standards.
Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Support the Project Manager in scheduling, reporting, and site execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years' UAE experience in
interior fit-out projects
.
Strong knowledge of authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, DCD, DEWA, etc.).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
