Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to be a key part of a fast-growing luxury renovation company? Primo Dubai is expanding, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The Project Engineer is required to be responsible for

day-to-day technical coordination and site execution

. The role focuses on drawings, materials, method statements, site coordination, and quality control.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of renovation and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the UAE construction/fit-out industry, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Engineering

Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements Coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications Resolve technical issues on site and coordinate with consultants where required Prepare as-built drawings and project documentation

Site Execution & Coordination

Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progress aligns with the project schedule Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site supervisors Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance Identify construction issues early and propose technical solutions Assist in site planning, sequencing, and work prioritization

Quality Control

Ensure compliance with approved materials, mock-ups, and workmanship standards Conduct inspections and raise NCRs where required Coordinate inspections with consultants and authorities Ensure proper documentation of inspections, approvals, and handovers

Planning & Reporting

Assist in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports Track material deliveries and site resource requirements Maintain site records, drawings registers, and approvals logs Support snagging, testing, commissioning, and project close-out

Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure site activities comply with HSE requirements and company safety procedures Report unsafe conditions and assist in implementing corrective actions

Qualifications & Experience:

? Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (not essential).

? 2 years' of proven experience as a Project Engineer in renovation and fit-out projects in the UAE.

? Strong knowledge of Dubai regulations, authorities' approval processes, and construction standards.

? Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

? Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

? Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

? Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and multi-lingual.

? Strong knowledge of local suppliers, rates, and market conditions in Dubai.

? Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.

? Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
