Project Engineer
Position: Project Engineer
Number of Vacancies: 3
Reports To: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all on-site engineering activities for multiple fit-out projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, foremen, and labor forces.
• Review and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and submit technical submittals, method statements, and inspection requests.
• Monitor daily progress, prepare site reports, and track material deliveries.
• Resolve technical and engineering issues that arise during construction.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors for day-to-day coordination and progress meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of project handover documents, including as-built drawings and O&M manuals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven UAE experience specifically in interior fit-out projects (commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail).
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects (2-3) at the same time effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
