Project Engineer
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects in line with contract specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and method statements.
• Monitor project progress and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Manage procurement coordination for materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Resolve technical and operational issues arising on-site and provide engineering solutions.
• Track project costs, prepare progress reports, and support billing/certification documentation.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reports.
• Support project close-out activities, including final inspections and handover documentation.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects (commercial, industrial, residential, or infrastructure).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management principles, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office Suite.
• Experience in handling site coordination, documentation, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
