Job Title - Project Engineer

To lead the development and delivery of integrated

Department reports and dashboards

that support strategic decision-making, ensure transparency, and maintain alignment with Client reporting standards and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Dashboarding

Develop and maintain project dashboards using

Excel

,

Power BI

, and

AI-assisted tools

for enhanced visualization and automation. Consolidate data from

different stakeholders

to produce integrated and actionable reports. Generate

weekly and monthly progress reports

, including

variance analyses

and

forecasting summaries

. Collaborate with Planning & Governance Team to ensure reported progress aligns with

baseline schedules

. Monitor

Resource Planning

and perform

root cause analysis

for deviations. Ensure all reports comply with

Client standards

and

contractual obligations

. Maintain a structured repository of

historical reports

,

change logs

, and

audit trails

. Present findings to

project managers

,

senior leadership

, and

external stakeholders

. Support

project reviews

audits

Stakeholder meetings

with tailored reporting packages.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in

Engineering

,

Project Management

, or a related discipline.

Experience

8-10 years of experience in

project reporting

,

planning

, or

controls

within the

Oil & Gas sector

. Proven expertise in reporting for

large-scale capital projects

.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Advanced

MS Excel

,

Power BI

, and

SAP

or similar

ERP systems

.

Soft Skills

Excellent

analytical

and
