Your mission

As a

Project Engineer

in our team, you will contribute to our mission every day by ensuring smooth execution of project operations through structured coordination with procurement, contracts, logistics, and compliance teams. Reporting directly to the PMO, you will be instrumental in maintaining schedule adherence, regulatory compliance, and efficient operational setup throughout all project phases.

Your key responsibilities

Coordinate procurement activities in line with project schedules and compliance standards. Assist in contract preparation, review, and administration including compliance with Saudization and local content requirements. Manage and track project-related bank guarantees and insurance coverages. Monitor invoice generation, payment tracking, and resolve billing discrepancies. Oversee the setup of project offices and sites ensuring timely provision of infrastructure and personnel. Manage vehicle rental and availability for project operations. Coordinate distribution and compliance of PPE across project teams. Support the PMO in vendor/subcontractor coordination and cross-functional project administration tasks.

We would love to hear from people with

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in project engineering, ideally with exposure to large-scale infrastructure or energy projects. Familiarity with procurement cycles, contract processes, and KSA regulatory compliance including Saudization. Strong time management, task tracking, and documentation skills. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
