Job Title - Project Engineer To lead the development and delivery of integrated Department reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making, ensure transparency, and maintain alignment with Client reporting standards and contractual obligations. Key Responsibilities Reporting & Dashboarding

Develop and maintain project dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and AI-assisted tools for enhanced visualization and automation. Consolidate data from different stakeholders to produce integrated and actionable reports. Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, including variance analyses and forecasting summaries. Collaborate with Planning & Governance Team to ensure reported progress aligns with baseline schedules. Monitor Resource Planning and perform root cause analysis for deviations. Ensure all reports comply with Client standards and contractual obligations. Maintain a structured repository of historical reports, change logs, and audit trails. Present findings to project managers, senior leadership, and external stakeholders. Support project reviews, audits, and Stakeholder meetings with tailored reporting packages.

Qualifications & Skills

Education BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline. Experience 8-10 years of experience in project reporting, planning, or controls within the Oil & Gas sector. Proven expertise in reporting for large-scale capital projects. Technical Skills Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, Power BI, and SAP or similar ERP systems. Soft Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to data integrity and reporting accuracy.
