. The ideal candidate will manage project execution, site coordination, cost control, and quantity surveying functions. This role requires a highly skilled professional with extensive industry experience and strong technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily project activities related to road works and civil infrastructure.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, material calculations, and cost estimates.
Conduct accurate site measurements and verify subcontractor works and invoices.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for inspections, approvals, and progress updates.
Assist in preparing method statements, work schedules, technical submissions, and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Support procurement activities and provide technical inputs as required.
Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to management.
Required Qualifications & Criteria
Previous Road Works experience - Minimum 10 years (Mandatory)
Strong experience in Quantity Surveying and Project Engineering
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and QS/estimation software.
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
