UAE experience preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, including creating project schedules, budgeting, and monitoring progress to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Responsible for creating designs and plans for construction projects, including developing blueprints, creating construction documents, and ensuring that all construction meets safety and building codes.

Responsible for overseeing construction sites and ensuring that all work is performed safely and efficiently. This may include managing contractors and subcontractors, overseeing the construction process, and monitoring the quality of the work being performed.

Responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans for buildings, roads, and other infrastructure. This may involve inspecting structures, identifying potential problems, and scheduling repairs and maintenance work.

Responsible for communicating with clients and stakeholders about project progress, timelines, and costs.

Demonstrated expertise in managing projects from inception to completion.

Comprehensive understanding of UAE construction and fit out regulations.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in project management tools/software's.

Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
