Project Engineer (civil) Carbon Steel Pipes/adnoc/transco

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer - Civil with a strong background in carbon steel pipe projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in carbon steel pipes, works related to water pipe line projects. ADNOC and Transco competency are mandatory for this role. Previous work experience with ADNOC and Transco carbon steel pipe projects will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate civil engineering projects involving carbon steel pipes from planning to execution
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Prepare and review project reports, plans, and documents
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
Equivalence certificate is required
Minimum 10 years of experience in carbon steel pipe projects
ADNOC and Transco competency are mandatory
ADM license is an advantage
Strong project management and coordination skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
