Project Engineer - CIVIL

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Project Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a strong track record in managing and

executing villa projects

. The ideal candidate will oversee all stages of renovation & interior fit-out, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise villa renovation & interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.

Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Prepare project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress against timelines.

Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities.

Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to plans.

Prepare progress reports, cost estimates, and budget updates.

Resolve any technical or operational issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate handover procedures upon project completion.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in

villa renovation & fitout.

Strong knowledge of renovation & interior fitout methods, materials, and quality standards.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Familiarity with UAE municipality regulations and approval processes.

Own Car & Valid UAE driving license is must

Very Fluent Speaking English & Hindi is must

Salary Offered

: 6,500/- to 7,000/- + Fuel, Salik
