Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Project Engineer - Civil

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in site supervision, project management support, and compliance with UAE construction regulations. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure project quality, safety, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision

Monitor and oversee construction site activities to ensure progress as per the project plan. Ensure all works comply with approved design specifications, drawings, and safety standards. Report site conditions, progress, and issues to senior engineers and project managers.

Project Management Support

Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and procurement processes. Coordinate with contractors, clients, architects, consultants, and stakeholders. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Surveying and Data Collection

Conduct or assist with land surveys and site measurements. Gather and analyze data on elevation, topography, soil, and construction materials.

Quality Control & Safety

Test and verify construction materials for compliance with quality standards. Monitor adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations. Identify, escalate, and resolve on-site technical and safety issues.

Technical Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Document inspection findings, test results, and engineering calculations.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all activities and deliverables meet UAE building codes, legal requirements, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in civil construction projects. Strong knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
