Position: Project Engineer (Civil - Villas)
Location:
United Arab EmiratesExperience Required:
5-7 YearsWe are looking for
experienced Project Engineers
with a strong background in thecivil construction industry
, particularly invilla projects
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bothstructural and finishing works
and be well-versed insite execution, inspection procedures, and project coordination
.Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute site activities as per project specifications and timelines. Conduct inspections and ensure all works comply with quality and safety standards. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project progress. Manage materials, manpower, and resources effectively. Prepare daily progress reports and support the project manager in execution plans.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 5-7 years of UAE experience in villa construction. Strong knowledge of both structure and finishing works. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple site tasks independently.
