Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage detailed project plans including timelines, resources, budgets, and milestones. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely execution of all civil work. Review architectural and structural drawings and ensure compliance with standards and specifications. Conduct site visits, inspections, and supervision to monitor progress and quality. Resolve technical issues, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure site safety and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. Organize and lead project review meetings with stakeholders. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including procurement, design, and finance. Track project budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial goals. Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates. Manage vendor payments and verify contractor bills. Maintain detailed project documentation including progress reports, drawings, and change orders. Provide regular status updates and presentations to management. Experience in handling trakhees projects inside Jafza.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering Proven track record of managing end-to-end infrastructure or construction projects. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or similar). Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. PMP or similar project management certification is good to have.

Problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented approach. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
