Salary:

AED 9,000 - 11,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Civil Project Engineer

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background as a

Site Engineer

in the UAE, specifically within

residential building projects

, and a minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience working in a

Project Engineer

capacity. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination:

Oversee and manage all on-site civil works for residential building projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and specifications.

Site Supervision:

Supervise site engineers, foremen, and labor, coordinating daily operations and resource allocation (manpower, materials, equipment).

Quality & Safety Assurance:

Implement and enforce strict quality control procedures and site safety regulations, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality codes and international standards.

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare detailed project progress reports, technical submittals, material approvals, and variations. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and logs.

Stakeholder Liaison:

Act as a key point of contact for consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Attend project meetings and resolve technical and logistical issues promptly.

Technical Oversight:

Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, ensuring correct implementation on site. Propose technical solutions to unforeseen site challenges.
Candidate Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

Demonstrable prior experience as a

Site Engineer

for a few years, preferably in the UAE. Minimum of

1 to 2 years

of experience working specifically as a

Project Engineer

.

Mandatory:

Proven experience in the construction of

residential building projects

in Dubai.

Location:

Only candidates with recent, relevant

Dubai experience

will be considered.

Skills:

Excellent technical knowledge of civil construction methodologies, materials, and processes. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD. Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English.
