Project Engineer (civil)
Job Description
Work Experience in Construction Company (building, towers, villas)
Bachelor's Degree
Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved as per schedule.
Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Manage construction resources including manpower, materials, and equipment.
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on site.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
Prepare method statements, work programs, and progress reports.
Maintain proper documentation for approvals, inspections, and project correspondence.
Supervise and guide junior engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team efficiency.
Encourage teamwork and professional development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
