- Project Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage project phases, from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to align project objectives. Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as needed. Prepare project reports and documentation for management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with contractual terms, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Lead and mentor site teams to achieve project goals. Address and resolve high-level technical and operational challenges.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, PMP Strong project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in project planning tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software. Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and quality control processes. Strong financial and contractual acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and resources. Effective leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex challenges. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
