Job Post : Project Engineer (Civil)
Job Location: Dubai - UAE
Requirements & Responsiblities:
? Minimum 10 years' experience in UAE - Dubai.
? Able to prepare basic Primavera timeline schedule.
? Able to prepare Bar bending schedule [Raft, Retaining Wall, Pits, Walls, Columns & Slabs - Full Checking & Execution]
? Well-versed with material inspection, site inspection request and all documentations for the project
? Experienced working with DDA (Dubai Development Authority) and approvals.
? Proven working experience in luxury villas.
? Liaising with client, authorities and consultant for approvals, inspections and handing over.
? Strong communication skills and management abilities in coordinating construction activities with Foremen, Subcontractors and Labors.
? Monitoring project progress and ensuring completion within the required time schedule.
? Monitor performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
? Valid UAE driving license and with his own car.
? Can join immediately.
