Job Description

Overseeing and managing all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Coordinating with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of the project. Monitoring project progress and addressing any delays or issues by implementing corrective measures. Ensuring compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards set by authorities such as Dubai Municipality and Trakhees. Managing and leading site teams, including engineers, foremen, and laborers, to achieve project objectives. Reviewing and approving construction plans, method statements, and shop drawings before execution. Managing procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability to avoid work disruptions. Monitoring and controlling project costs, preparing reports, and ensuring efficient resource utilization. Conducting regular site inspections to identify potential risks and ensuring quality control measures are in place. Liaising with the planning team to track progress against the project schedule and making necessary adjustments. Handling site-related challenges and providing effective solutions to technical and operational issues. Ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and communication of project updates to senior management and stakeholders. Coordinating with the HSE team to implement and enforce safety procedures and conduct toolbox talks. Managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet contractual obligations and quality requirements. Attending progress meetings and providing detailed updates on site activities and challenges. Ensuring site logistics, such as workforce accommodation, transportation, and welfare facilities, are effectively managed. Overseeing the handover process and ensuring all snagging works are completed to the satisfaction of the client and consultant.

Job Requirements:

B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Must have a valid UAE driving license.
Certifications:

Valid SOE(Society of Engineers) and DM (Dubai Municipality) approved engineer.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
