Project Engineer Civil
Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and oversee civil/fit-out/renovation projects from initiation to completion.
Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accurate execution.
Supervise site activities, subcontractors, and workforce to maintain timelines and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and escalate issues to management when required.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors to resolve technical and operational issues.
Manage material procurement and resource allocation effectively.
Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. 4-7 years of proven experience in fit-out, construction, facility management, or renovation projects in the UAE. Strong knowledge of project management principles, technical drawings, and site execution. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
