:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum
5 years of relevant experience
in the construction sector, preferably within Oil & Gas projects. ADNOC, BOROUGE, or any Oil & Gas client approvalis mandatory
. Strong knowledge of project execution, site coordination, and quality standards related to civil works. Excellent understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements within Oil & Gas projects. Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively. Good communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.Responsibilities
:Oversee and manage daily civil construction activities at project sites. Ensure work is performed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and HSE standards. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams for timely project delivery. Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings with clients and stakeholders. Address site issues promptly and implement effective solutions.
