to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

Job Overview:

The

Project Engineer - Facade

will oversee the

design, coordination

, and

execution

of facade projects in the UAE. You will play a pivotal role in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client specifications, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with

architects, designers, consultants

, and

project managers

to define project requirements and facade specifications. Conduct

technical feasibility studies

and determine the best facade systems for each project. Develop and present

detailed design proposals

, including technical drawings, material specifications, and installation guidelines. Coordinate with

internal teams

(design, procurement, and installation) and

external stakeholders

to ensure timely project execution. Oversee the preparation of

shop drawings, fabrication plans

, and

installation documents

. Perform

on-site inspections

to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety and quality compliance. Provide technical support and guidance to

installation teams

throughout the implementation phase. Manage

project schedules, budgets

, and resources to ensure alignment with contractual deliverables. Act as the

technical liaison

between clients, contractors, and consultants. Stay informed about

industry trends, technologies

, and

UAE regulations

.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in

Civil Engineering, Architecture

, or a related field. Master's degree is an advantage. Minimum of

3-5 years' experience

in facade engineering, design, or project management in the UAE. Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

Revit (BIM)

, and other engineering software. In-depth knowledge of

facade systems

, including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and structural principles. Familiarity with

UAE building codes

, safety standards, and construction regulations. Excellent

communication and organizational skills

.

Project management experience

, with the ability to meet deadlines and solve problems effectively. Knowledge of

sustainable design practices

and

green building certifications

is a plus. Ability to

travel locally

within the UAE for site visits and client meetings.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
