Project Manager - Active Fire Systems & Fire Fighting

to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the complete execution of active fire protection and firefighting system projects--ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full project lifecycle, from design and planning to installation, testing, and final handover. Lead and supervise site construction and installation of: Fire Alarm and Detection Systems Fire Suppression Systems (FM-200, NOVEC 1230, CO?, etc.) Fire Pumps, Hydrant, Sprinkler, and Riser Systems Plan and manage daily site operations, ensuring work progress aligns with project schedules. Review and ensure compliance with

UAE Fire and Life Safety Code

,

NFPA standards

, and other applicable regulations. Prepare and review

Fire Strategy drawings

, technical specifications, and project documentation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct site inspections and risk assessments, providing technical solutions where necessary. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation efficiently. Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions. Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover of all active fire systems. Provide technical direction and leadership to the site team. Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols at all project sites. Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in

Mechanical Engineering

or a related discipline (UAE attested).

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience

in project management within active fire systems and firefighting works. Strong technical knowledge and practical experience with:

Sprinkler Systems

(wet, dry, pre-action, deluge)

Fire Alarm Systems

(conventional, addressable, voice evacuation)

Fire Suppression Systems

(FM-200, NOVEC 1230, CO?, foam systems)

Fire Pumps

(diesel, electric, jockey)

Hydrant and Hose Reel Systems

Knowledge of passive fire protection systems and their integration with active systems. Proven ability to prepare and review

Fire Strategy drawings

as per UAE and NFPA standards.

Valid UAE Driving License

is essential.

Abu Dhabi Civil Defence License

is mandatory. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and departmental operations. Fluency in

English and Hindi

is required. Proficient in

AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
