This senior leadership role will take full responsibility for project strategy, execution, and delivery - ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are achieved across multiple large-scale developments. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in luxury residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects, with a strong technical and commercial understanding of real estate development.
Ideal Profile:
15+ years of experience in real estate or construction project delivery.
Proven success managing complex, high-value mixed-use developments.
Strong leadership, stakeholder, and contractor management skills.
