Project Director / Senior Projects Manager
Sector: Construction, Contracting - Buildings, Civil Engineering
Location: Dubai
Required Profile:
10+ years experience in construction, contracting and civil engineering sector.
Must have Dubai buildings construction experience working for contracting companies including high rise and/or mid rise.
Must have progressed through the ranks up to Projects Manager or Project Director, with a proven track record of managing and delivering multiple projects at the same time.
Must have handled projects in the value range of AED 100m to 300m.
Must have done projects for prestigious end clients in Dubai like Damac, Nakheel, Emaar, Meraas, and/or Dubai Properties.
