Global PMC are looking for an experienced Project Director to be based in UAE and be part of an iconic programme of work.
The Role
This is an important role in the business, that requires a strong leader. Someone who has a track record of delivering mixed use projects for a PMC in the region from A-Z.
There is a heavy focus on Pre-Construction so it\xe2\x80\x99s essential this candidate has extensive pre-con experience.
The Ideal Candidate

This is a global Project Management Consultancy who offer full PMC services on projects in UAE, KSA, Oman and the United Kingdom.
They have a healthy portfolio of live projects in the region and are continuing to grow, hence this position becoming available.
In addition to a package of circa 60,000 \xe2\x80\x93 70,000 AED per month, they offer generous benefits such as annual return flights, private medical cover and an annual bonus.

Will possess\xe2\x80\xa6
- BSc in Construction related subject.
- Extensive Pre-Construction experience
- Experience working for a well-known PMC. They will look at strong applicants who have a mix of Contracting / Consultancy exp, as long as the Pre-con experience is there.
- Strong personality / character
- Middle East experience
