NSRPDPMC Western PMC require an experienced Project Director to oversee portfolio of 5* Hotel / Hospitality projects in UAE
Description
PROJECT DIRECTOR \xe2\x80\x93 Hospitality (UAE-based Western Consultancy) We are working with a Western Project Management Consultancy who have just picked up a large Hospitality Project in UAE. THE ROLE With that they are looking for a Project Director (New build / Delivery.) The project features multiple Hotels / High end Hospitality developments which are located in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and RAK. This person will be managing multiple sites and therefore travel between projects will be required. This person must have the following experience;- Experience working for PMC (Pre and post contract but must have delivered projects from A-Z as #1 PD.)
- Middle East experience working for a PMC is required
- Experience of working on high end 5* Hotel projects
- Will have managed large teams and have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be Commercially savvy as well as Delivery focused.
- Have a clear passion for Construction and a desire / drive to develop and progress through the business.
