About the Role:
We are seeking a Project Director - RSSTDP to lead all rail systems and integration packages on the upcoming HSR programme in the UAE.
This role covers systems design, power, rolling stock, signaling, and depot management within a complex, multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the integration and delivery of systems, track, depot, and rolling stock packages.
Lead engineering design assurance, technical interfaces, and risk mitigation.
Ensure compliance with system safety, reliability, and performance targets.
Represent SJ in technical discussions with the client and partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
20+ years of rail systems delivery experience (HSR preferred).
5+ years in GCC with strong vendor and interface coordination skills.
Proven leadership in rail systems integration and commissioning.
