Job Description

  • JOB DESCRIPTION
    Project Director (Please Note: This Position is still in Tendering Purpose Only) Renardet is seeking to employ a Project Director with over 20 years of experience in the management of urban and master planning projects. The requirements of the position are as follows:
  • Experience in technical steering of the project, Securing client satisfaction.
High-level stakeholder engagement and risk management Monitoring build progress, overseeing finance and ensuring project quality Meeting with clients, stakeholders and project managers to report on project progress Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage Ensuring permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project Managing project managers and enabling them to supervise and manage their own teams Working in an office and on a construction site.
  • REQUIRED SKILLS
    REQUIRED SKILLS
  • A minimum of Master of Arts in Urban Design / Urban Development or Urban Planning;
At least 20+ (twenty) years of relevant experience in a similar role ; Good communication and interpersonal skills with a proficient command of the English language (both written and spoken). ATTRIBUTES: A team player with the ability to establish good working relationships with clients, line management and project teams. Good technical, analytical and organizational, skills. Ethical, professional with the ability to work under own initiative. Flexible approach to work and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and the ability to make good judgments.
