Job Overview
We seek an Executive Project Director Landscape to join our team in Dubai. This full-time role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience. You will oversee significant landscaping projects, ensuring they meet budgetary constraints and client expectations through effective project management, budgeting, and client relationship capabilities.
Qualifications and Skills

• Proven project management expertise with at least 10 years of experience in managing large-scale landscaping projects.
• Demonstrated capability in budget management, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Strong negotiation skills, particularly in contract discussions with vendors and clients.
• Ability to build and maintain productive client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Comprehensive understanding of both hardscape and softscape elements of landscaping to guide project decisions.
• Exceptional leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively and promote a collaborative work environment.
• Advanced problem-solving skills to identify issues promptly and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication abilities to convey complex information to team members and stakeholders clearly and concisely.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale landscape projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and project milestones are met.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure favorable terms and partnerships.
• Maintain and enhance client relationships through regular communication and by meeting their project expectations.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to optimize project workflows and deliver superior outcomes.
• Guide and mentor project teams to foster professional growth and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and industry standards, maintaining a strong reputation in the marketplace.
