Project Director - Interior Fitout, Contracting & Joinery

Location: Dubai, UAE

Halo Interiors LLC, Dubai's leading turnkey fit-out and joinery company, is seeking an accomplished

Project Director

to lead multiple high-value residential and commercial projects. This senior leadership role demands a proven ability to deliver luxury, fast-track projects with uncompromising quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Ownership

- Oversee complete project lifecycle including design coordination, procurement, resource planning, subcontractor management, execution, and final handover.

Client Engagement

- Act as the primary client interface, providing structured progress updates, managing expectations, and building long-term trust.

Quality & Technical Leadership

- Ensure flawless finishes and provide technical support to project teams, resolving challenges swiftly.

Planning & Delivery

- Prepare detailed project programs, enforce strict adherence to timelines, and implement recovery plans when necessary.

Commercial & Financial Management

- Develop and monitor cash flow projections, manage variations, optimize costs, and drive profitability through value engineering.

Team Leadership

- Mentor Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Supervisors; allocate resources effectively; build high-performing teams.

Authority Approvals

- Secure all necessary permits, NOCs, and approvals from DM, DCD, DEWA, Emaar, Nakheel, DMCC, DIFC, Meydan, and other authorities.

Governance & Compliance

- Drive adherence to HSE, QA/QC, contractual obligations, and ERP-based reporting across all stages of the project.

Requirements

Minimum

10+ years' experience

in Interior Fit-out & Joinery, including 5 years in a leadership capacity. Extensive network of

subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants

within the UAE. Strong commercial acumen and proven experience managing multi-million-dirham projects. Advanced knowledge of

Primavera, MS Project, ERP platforms (Zoho/SAP)

, and authority approval processes. Strong MEP understanding and ability to oversee all trades within fit-out. Exceptional leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills. Degree in

Engineering/Architecture

. Valid UAE driving license.
