Job Description
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Project Director to work with a leading tier 1 contractor in Bahrain on a large critical government facility. Overview: Planning is an essential duty of the project Director ensuring that all program commitments will be achieved on time and within the budget. Key duties: \xe2\x80\x93 Monitoring build progress, overseeing finance and ensuring project quality. \xe2\x80\x93 Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers to implement those decisions. \xe2\x80\x93 Meeting with clients, stakeholders and project managers to report on project progress. \xe2\x80\x93 Liaising with client and building strong working relationships \xe2\x80\x93 Defining cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion. \xe2\x80\x93 Criteria: BEng degree in civil engineering or other similar plus 20 years professional experience along with 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role in the Middle East.
