About the Opportunity:

The development, a mixed-use destination incorporates cultural experiences and environmental features, alongside residential, entertainment, and commercial projects.

As Project Director you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of the project. This will include land reclamation, marine works and full infrastructure development. In a true collaborative leadership style, you will manage and coordinate all delivery functions ensuring that the plans meet design and construction objectives. Key areas include:

• Driving development and delivery performance so that all milestones are met or exceeded without compromising cost targets, safety, security or quality
• Directly managing consultants and contractors engaged in the design and build process
• Validate project plans, budgets, performance status, forecast, trends, risks, and key decisions
• Provide management and oversight of the project by ensuring that all objectives are being achieved including those related to cost, schedule, safety, quality, technology, security, logistics, and sustainability

Here\xe2\x80\x99s What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:

• Over 20 years proven experience managing major infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical, commercial, and contractual background
• Previous experience working with and or managing a Tier 1 contractors
• You will have experience in successfully managing subconsultants in project delivery, being able to engage, inspire and motivate to get the best results, and ultimately deliver in line with stakeholder expectations
• Experience in the Middle East is essential. Experience in Abu Dhabi would be an advantage.
• Degree qualified in either Civil, Architectural or an Engineering discipline
