Known for our attention to detail and project excellence, we are looking to grow our technical team with a skilled Architecture Design Coordinator who has a strong Architectural background and expertise in details and Quantity calculations Take off BOQ practical knowledge how and able to Supervise skills.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Project Design Coordinator with a background in Architectural Engineering. In this role, you will support our project teams as a pivotal role to make sure right coordination are perfectly done with all parties managing project it includes occasional site verification visits and managing technical documentation Material data sheets, , preparing accurate BOQs, and coordinating between design and execution phases across fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct R&D on new materials, products, and hardware systems. Strong in preparing and reviewing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for technical items. Coordinate with design team and production team for hardware integration in shop drawings. Support procurement with technical specs and vendor coordination. Assist site teams with installation methods and technical issue resolution. Maintain documentation of R&D findings, Technical support documentation, and approvals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering 2-4 years of experience in technical coordination within the fit-out or construction industry Strong experience in preparing and reviewing BOQs and material take-offs Excellent understanding of MEP systems, mechanical works, and technical drawings Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and BOQ/estimation software Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills

Up to AED10,000.00 per month
