Project Design Architect
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for the position of Project Design Architect, an integral role in contributing to the design and development of architectural projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating full detailed architectural drawings package. Coordination with Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical Design teams is essential to ensure the seamless execution of projects in compliance with building regulations.
Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Design and development of architectural projects across various disciplines, including high rise, commercial, hotel, hospitality, and shopping centers.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max, Lumion, and Microsoft products.
Coordination with Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical Design teams.
Ensure architectural designs comply with building regulations and standards.
7 to 10 years of experience in design and detailing across diverse projects. (Minimum 5 years' experience in GCC - Qatar experience is mandatory).
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
MMUP Grade A or B certification.
Residency in Qatar with NOC is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR18,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
