We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Design Architect / Project Architect to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of exciting architectural projects. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptual design to construction.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop design concepts and prepare detailed architectural drawings and presentations.
- Coordinate project teams and ensure all design and construction phases are executed in compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Supervise and guide junior architects and design staff.
- Review and approve design proposals, ensuring they align with the projects goals and vision.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Ensure that designs are innovative, functional, and sustainable.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in architectural design and project management.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and a range of project types.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
- UAE-based applicants or those with valid UAE work permits will be prioritized.
