Role Overview



The

Project Coordinator

will assist in managing day-to-day project operations, including scheduling, coordination, estimation, and billing activities. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates seeking to build a career in project management within the surveying or engineering field.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in planning and scheduling survey projects and field activities. Coordinate communication between clients, field crews, and office staff. Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and basic project budgets. Support project billing, invoicing, and documentation. Maintain records of project progress, reports, and client correspondence. Ensure deliverables are submitted accurately and on time. Follow company standards for quality, accuracy, and safety.

Qualifications



Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, surveying, or construction. Basic knowledge of project estimation or billing processes preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
