Roles & Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Responsible for Customer Order Handling Activities \xe2\x80\x93 Understanding the Requirements, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Stakeholders, Communication Matrix. \xc2\xb7 Single point of Contact for Customer in Project Execution. \xc2\xb7 Preparation of Scope Matrix, Project Timelines. \xc2\xb7 Coordination with Cross Functional Teams. \xc2\xb7 Ensure Timely release of Purchase Orders to Sub Vendors/ Sub Contractors. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring the daily progress of projects, in terms of Scope, Time & Cost \xc2\xb7 Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders \xc2\xb7 Ensuring team members have the required supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits \xc2\xb7 Arranging Meetings with Management in case of any escalations and the Customer change requests. \xc2\xb7 Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access \xc2\xb7 Planning meetings and organizing project logistics. .Expediting with vendor for materials \xc2\xb7 Responsible for timely Submission of Bills to Customer and timely collection of Account Receivables. . Submission of documents and co ordinating with engineer/supplier and customers Skillset : \xc2\xb7 Good & Effective Communication Skills. . Must have 2-3 years of experience with electrical and instrumentation background. \xc2\xb7 Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PPT. . Good mail communication \xc2\xb7 Organization and time management \xc2\xb7 Problem solving \xc2\xb7 Positive Attitude Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
