Track action items, approvals & deliverables Prepare MOMs, reports & follow-up trackers Manage drawings, RFIs, submittals & document registers Ensure proper document control, versioning & archiving Support engineering billing & authority inspections Ensure compliance with project, ISO & company standards
Diploma / bachelor's in engineering, Management or related field 2-5 years experience in project coordination & document control Experience in construction / MEP / fit-out projects preferred Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) AutoCAD / Primavera knowledge is a plus Strong communication, coordination & organizational skills
