Apt Resources is currently seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at a prestigious royal palace in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in MEP management within high-profile environments, ensuring that all systems run smoothly and adhere to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Salary: AED 5000 plus sharing accommodation, food, and other benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
Apt Resources is currently seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at a prestigious royal palace in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in MEP management within high-profile environments, ensuring that all systems run smoothly and adhere to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems within the palace.
- Conduct regular inspections of MEP installations to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and project execution.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for all MEP systems.
- Manage and oversee the work of MEP technicians and other staff members.
- Diagnose and resolve any issues related to MEP systems in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to maintenance activities, inspections, and system performance.
- Ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in royal or high-profile environments.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using MEP design and management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
- Must be in UAE.
