We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a UAE National, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various projects by facilitating communication, managing timelines, and coordinating resources across different departments.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Manage project-related administrative tasks, including scheduling, expense tracking, and document control
Coordinate project activities, resources, and information across multiple departments
Assist in developing project timelines and monitoring progress to ensure deadlines are met
Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other project-related materials
Utilise CAD software to support project design and documentation needs
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients
Organise and participate in project meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items
Support senior project managers in various project-related tasks and initiatives
Qualifications
UAE National with a family book status is required for this position
University degree in Business Administration or a related field
0-2 years of experience in a similar project coordination role
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, project dashboards)
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience in report formatting and presentation creation
Working knowledge of CAD software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
