We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Project Coordinator / Document Controller
to support our interior fit-out project operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fit-out project workflows, document management systems, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with project, procurement, design, and site teams to track progress and updates
Maintain and manage all project-related documentation (drawings, approvals, submittals, correspondences)
Ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents for consultants, clients, and subcontractors
Prepare and follow up on project schedules, material approvals, and delivery tracking
Update and maintain logs for RFIs, material submittals, and inspection requests
Assist project managers with daily documentation and reporting
Handle internal and external communication related to project progress
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering / Construction Management or a related field
Minimum
3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out
industry
Strong command of
MS Office, AutoCAD, and document control systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
