Job Title: Project Coordinator - Audio Visual/AVL installation

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to support the execution of our Audio Visual & Lighting projects. This role involves assisting with scheduling, vendor coordination, logistics, and maintaining detailed project documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and possesses strong communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and scheduling project activities.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain accurate project documentation and track progress.

Support the project team in logistics, resource allocation, and on-site requirements.

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Monitor project tasks to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in project coordination (AV experience preferred).

Should have AV/CTS certificate.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
License/Certification:
