About the Client:
A prominent group based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in the area of F&B, providing customers with the best visit experience.

Prepare documentation including all contract related correspondence to ensure that contractors received all project related documents on time.
Provide a sophisticated calendar management for CEO including a smooth day to day engagements, travel arrangements, documents review for signature, and priorities on troubleshooting conflicts among projects.
Act as a liaison and handle all logistics for Board meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes on behalf of Board Secretary.
Receive, review, and negotiate estimates and to prepare variation orders if any on execution stage to ensure that the project stays within the approved budget.
Conduct regular site and off-site meetings and circulate minutes of meeting to ensure that all stake holders are aware of the progress.
Qualifications:
Female, 40 yrs old and below
At least 7 years of experience as Executive Assistant or Personal assistant to Director or CEO would be an advantage.
Candidates who are in Abu Dhabi and can join immediately is preferred
